Still trying to get paid for 2 invoices from March and May, $1650.00 total past due. Keep getting the run around from Sandy in AP and Scott in dispatch.

How did you make out with these guys getting paid , We would like to know if you received your money from these guys or just dead beats, We tentivley have a load with them and need to know any info about these guys, Anybody else that may be able to shed some light on this company as well

We did get paid, at about 95 days, after a lot of promises and lots of chasing.

Very difficult to reach them at payment time. We were paid after 118 days.

Try Mr. Montgomery. He claims that the business was sold last year. They were trying to resolve their issues by September 2016 but clearly this may not be the case.

Dave it is. He did pay , but it took months. They paid us in December for a load in the summer.

Do you know him? We ceased dealing with them a while back.

I know one of his last employers (large east coast company) has a lawsuit against him for operating his own company while under their employ and they are not going to let it go.

Yes their information is available online with BDO under restructuring.
