They are located in Surrey, BC does anyone know where their dock is? They are holding freight from someone who double brokered mine and wont give it up. Anything would help, ideas, suggestions..thanks all
 
Try to call the transport company themselves and get them the shipment and cut out the clown who double brokered

Tried that, its a HUGE Clusterf*ck....I cant get a straight answer from either parties. Next stop Im sending the intent to claim with his insurance company.
 
when everything is worked out, let us know who the double brokering parties were so that we can avoid them like the plaque!

Try calling the guys @ Dakeryn numbers attached I did work for them a and there good people ( lumber back into On )
They know the area very well and maybe can help
Can't hurt to try.
 
Hey Linehaulgirl, I tried finding these guys for you and all i could come up with were ads for drivers in Surrey and White Rock but all with the contact info removed. nothing current anywhere....sorry ...tried!

That doesn't sound so good Linehaulgirl........did you get your freight back? maybe a call to VCR's finest might help....possible fraud....extortion if they won't release your goods...
 
thanks for all the help guys, No I still dont have my freight as of yet and Im getting very pissed off. Im pretty close to going over there with bolt cutters and a tractor. I am putting in a claim today direct to his insurance company for the cost of the frieght and crate, hopefully the insurance company will get on him.
 
I now have possession of my freight. I would also like to clarify that this was not by the fault of Atlantic Alliance, this was the fault of Kingston Transport. It had to do with payment to Atlantic Alliance owing from October of last year. Although I do not like what happend to my customers freight I do however agree with what Jay did at Atlantic. Please watch when you give freight to Kingston, Geez how many more things do we have to worry about when booking with a carrier. I remember the good days when someone did what they said they were going to do.
