The adress and phone is Arthur Transport, they say AST used to rent a dock but not anymore...
yes they do not own sh*t
the owner is kuldeep otal (6472262361)
address is 50 centennial road orangeville
everything related to them is a scam of some sort
they scammed us three months ago
they also own atleast 10+ companies that they run this scam with

I call Bullshit on Arthur... they were at onetime and perhaps still connected... If you search the FMCSA Change files the info is there...

The email address shown in the SaferWatch report doesn't look as "professional" as the one on Arthur Transport's website - hmmmmh?

Loadlink should be putting reputable carriers on its platform. But in this case i say you should be hiring reputable carriers, I am sure the reason you didn't do that is because the price they offered to move your freight. You got what you paid for...sorry to hear this and I hope you get your loads back.

Here is what I was forwarded yesterday;
1: A.S.T & Logistics Inc (MC# 566482). &
2: ARTHUR TRANSPORT CO. INC (MC#: 375651)
1: AST & Logistics Inc and Arthur Transport Co Inc. were owned and operated by Bernadette Klonowska & Jozef Sarbinowski, each having 50% ownership of the businesses.
These businesses were sold in August 2021 to two different entities.
AST & Logistics is no longer affiliated or associated with Arthur Transport Co Inc.
A.S.T & Logistics Inc was bought by : Ranjit Singh Dhaliwal , Contact #: 416-931-3006.
Both Arthur and AST were operating out of 1750 Steeles Ave E. Brampton ON L6T 1A4 until December 2021. AST has since moved out while Arthur Transport continues to run the business from the same location.
As Arthur is no longer affiliated with AST & Logistics Inc., Arthur has no knowledge of the business whereabouts of AST.
It has however been brought to our attention recently that AST is involved in suspicious activities using the good name built by the previous owner (BERNADETA KLONOWSKA).
They are also marring the good reputation of ARTHUR TRANSPORT CO INC. by using the old address and contact numbers.(which is currently in use by Arthur Transport Co Inc.)
2: ARTHUR TRANSPORT CO. INC (MC#: 375651) (Trucks :36)
Arthur Transport Co Inc. was bought over by Chamkaur Singh Sidhu with 15 trucks, The business has since added 21 more trucks to bring the number of trucks to 36.

What does GillX Logistics have to do with these above noted companies? Is there something "fishy" here?
@SCAM CHASER had mentioned a possible connection. In my due diligence there are some anomolies that i do not like. So yes seems a little fishy, and was wondering if anyone else had any experiance with them?

Any time you receive a load confirmation from a load broker you are not familiar with:
[1] wanting you to pickup from Trinamacs 50 Centennial Orangeville ON and
[2] it's a full load sealed showing the delivery address as Robust Express Calgary
make sure you demand payment before delivery
