APT TRANSPORT Winnipeg

We used them in 2022 but bumped to DNU. We were told the trucks were on site, but they were not followed up with a couple stories about how they were confused and mixed up our orders. We suspect it was double brokered. It did finally deliver without incident and we didn't follow up further.
 
Is this the deck/flatbed company out of AB?

I used to do some business with them in 22-24, specialized projects that required multiple trucks at a time and haven't had issues with them.

But as of last year they told me that they are starting a different company due to insurance premiums going up due to a claim and asked me to set up a different company, which I did.
I still didn't really have an issue with the few loads I booked with them under this new MC but I feel like something's fishy and started to just not reach out to them unless absolutely necessary.

Do you have that MC # or their new name?
 
This seems to be an on going concern for Transport Safety. MPI & the MCC in Manitoba has been cracking down on carriers so they just go to Alberta and start a new company. Alberta does not even check to see why, they just issue they authorities. This has been going on for years. MPI may have refused to insure them or the MCC might have cancelled their authorities.
 
Yes they ran away from MB to AB to avoid MPI revoking their authorities, scumbag people from the top down, purposly screwing their drivers and creditors...This company is one of the ones who charge their fellow countrymen 40k for a job then work them like slaves and if they complain, PR cancelled and sent home.... Absolute clown show this company, been on my DNU for 3 years
