Very let down by this company.

They took 2 big loads from us. Both were confirmed rcvd by the owner and Disptach.

Dispatch called to confirm 08:00am appt truck was coming from their yard and other driver was coming down from Edmonton and will arrive at 12:00pm, which is late for the 09:00am crane appt.

Mid Morning before pickup with crane - they say factoring company doesn't accept your mc number.

I said fine I will pay cod in full 2 x five digits **,***$ usd per load before you even unload . "They said no, this might not work for us..."

The president of our company got the factoring company to approve enough credit so they can accept 1 load ? No - "Please cancel the loads they wont work for us "

The truth finally came out in the end, the owner took loads he couldn't get permits for. The reality is this company caused great loss to us

Terrible management here, You can never get a hold of anyone, and their dispatch team is located in India to save money, Over promise and under deliver....Also backdoored my customers so they are all over me and my p0artner carriers DNU list

They used to be alright - I dealt with Rishi in the past with no issues (going back a few years) but in recent times I've found it extremely difficult to try to get a hold of anyone there.

No issues at all with them. just the normal transportation delays sometimes

They backdoor customers...Instant DNU...customer immediately told me their Director Erik came to them direct and tried to bad mouth us to get the business direct

Can anyone confirm if they're an asset based carrier or if they're a broker (or both)? I've seen mixed reviews.

seen more apt trucks on Instagram and ticktok then on the road. All under JATT username handles. They bailed on me last min after taking super loads and costing me alot of money and i mean alot of money

We unknowingly gave a load to a carrier who gave it to another carrier who gave it to this carrier. I just want to make sure that this carrier didn't give it to another carrier and/or if they did that they paid whomever they contracted.

APT has made a few mistakes but anytime I talk to Rishi he sorts it out. He personally drove all night once to make sure he didn’t let us down - since then they have been pretty reliable. We continue to work with them, haven’t had any experience of being back solicited that I am aware of.

Giving APT a super load is a mistake all in itself, they are a legal load/LTL carrier. Doing some RGN work now but I wouldn’t give them anything too significant.
