Wheels International quoting $1100.00 flat bed to the seaboard Guess they will only load freightliners and internationals Wheels should buy some flatbeds to see what it cost to run them

full disclosure

Maybe we as carriers should disclose the full identity of brokers or carriers who go in to your usual customers and cut rates to unrealistic figures

We're seeing the rates collapse here also in Quebec. Traffic Tech Mississauga office had a load from Quebec City to Houston offering 1.50 per mile, that's 75 cents per mile less then what it should pay but guess what, someone came along and took it. TQL a broker based in Ohio was offering 1.20 per mile a few days ago into the midwest. Is there any hope in sight or do i just turn the keys into the freightliner dealership. We cant make a living for these kind of rates and that US dollar ain't coming back anytime soon with these big spenders in Washington.

We just had a US broker offer us less than 1.00 per mile to NC and then hung up on us when we refused. I guess they did not want to have a lesson on the cost of running trucks.

i got offered a load from tql brampton to marietta, OH for $350.00, he said remember that is US $$. I said "whoo-hoo"
