Save yourself the headache - keep this one on COD - if you bother working with them at all.
We just stopped dealing with them recently. Constantly chasing for amounts under $500 - never send cheques when they say they will - days turn into weeks - no calls back. Only when they want to book again will they pay what is past owing. Their business wasn't worth the hassle for us.
