Of the 3 shipments in the last 2 months together - only 1 late delivery (by 2 hours). Communication was average - we were given a driver cell number to follow up as it makes getting updates faster.

Well here is the update his truck is at the scales and cannot move some lights or something was his excuse!! exact words.. Nice could not come up with anything better than that I guess!!
