I would suggest that for Amolak you start doing the Bill of Lading Act. Seems all numbers that I have are cell phones and no answering machines.

Baxter Bailey is also trying to collect from them too.

It looks like they use to be or still are Amolak Transportation Services too.

4 loads complete on time and no double brokering it appeared.

had them offer me a load and cancel at last minute - due to extremely bizarre conversations they ended up on our DNU list because they did not pass the "smell" test.

We were unaware that they double brokered 2 of our loads loads back in December and Feb, and of course they ( Amolak ) in turn did not pay the carriers after we paid Amolak.

Looks like they use Z and Z factoring. Thats who they assigned the invoices to.

We have never had a problem with payment from them.

i confirmed with the receivers. In our case, the deliveries were made by Amolok. Maybe they have made some recent changes?
