Ameri-Can Systems

Raj and Ali have left Ameri-Can. We sold them a truck load, 2 picks, 3 drops, the rate they requested. All to deliver before Christmas. They split up the load. Delivered the last portion just before New Years. This after dispatch had told me it all delivered. Apparently dispatch was unaware freight was split up. Gave them another chance afterwards. Short of the long, had to rescue our freight from their dock on the date it was scheduled to deliver. Pm me if you wish....
 
We tried them again with 3 skids going to Fountain CO and they were on time.
 
Gave them a team expedite load which left town a day late and so therefore delivered a day late. Pretty sure the goods came off the truck and went right into production.
This was just last week. No longer interested in giving them time sensitive business.

I will be the first to admit things have improved. I've given them a second chance after speaking to management and listening to them explain the changes that have gone on in the last year.
The shipment went amazingly well, communication was top notch. Would give them another load without a thought.
Nice to see a company turn a new leaf.
