I Had Her On Hold Once Her Account Was Paid In Full Not To Use Again. She Slippedthrew The Cracks With Us And Was Issued Credit For 1 Load In Mid February. I Have Sent Two Email And 1 Fax. No Response. I Think I Will Follow Suit And Contact Customer Monday As Well. Did Anyone File A Complaint On The Link?

I am filing complaint with Load Link this morning and contacting her customer.
I sent her an email asking for a read receipt. I explained my concerns and how may times I had tried to get payment details and the fact that she had not replied to any of my requests. I offered her the option to pay by credit card.
The weird thing is that she sent me back a read receipt so I know she opened my email but never bothered to respond to it.
I guess she really does care if her customer is contacted.
Here we go again........................i wonder what her next company will be called.

As luck would have it i billed her customer for a february invoice and he actually had not paid her yet. He said he could not get ahold of her and had called several times to question waiting time that she had billed him for.................that we had not billed her for. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!! We have since been paid from him. This forum is a big help to weed out the riff raff. History shows that if there are several complaints about someone then it is probably 99% true and you need to run far far away.
