I booked a load with these people out of Verona MS, driver arrived and was told there was no shipment available. The minute i heard from the driver, i called Allen Lund and spoke with there dispatch department who knew there was a problem and instructed they would call back. No load and Its been 2 days every time i call i'm told someone will call me back... I dont know if they know what there doing or there hiding from the fact they made a mistake. Either way were charging them a Truck Not Used.

We did a load for them in 2013 200 days to pay and short paid by $50 so been on the DNU for a long time.

Did it pay over a buck a mile? They are a pos company where everything is a backhaul heavy and cheap. On my DNU for years.
Still, nothing has changed after 8 years. This is so true since they have been handling Mucci Produce Backhaul, much cheaper now. Traffix all backhauls from there are under ALC ( don't know why ) We book loads from Traffix sometimes and they ask ALC ( Allen lund driver app) everytime for tracking.

that sounds like double brokering. Traffix is not in any way related to Lund in any way I have ever heard of.

It has to be doesn't it?

Unless Mucci has some weird deal with Allen Lund and uses it to track all their loads. But you'd think you'd go with a neutral party for that... instead of giving another broker all the truck info.
