Allegro Freight owes us $1900 since December. Keeps putting our companies name on credit references which makes no sense like we would give a good reference. Actually called us 3 weeks ago asking us to do work and when I asked for payment claimed invoices lost. Resent invoices no word in 3 weeks

Did two orders for them in 2009. First one on 11/30 and second one on 12/24. Took almost 90 days to pay the first one(2/19) and the second one was paid 4/7. DNU.

Had to collect from them three years ago. Can't believe people are still taking their freight. Called everyone involved and threatened going to their office for 120 day invoice to get paid.

About the same timeline as Shakey cut them off, visited the Oakville 'office' and the Milton actual office a few times for cheques that were promised...

Shocked they are still open.

We had same problem we called LoadLink they put them on Hold and all of a sudden we got our money

Not to sound like a naive fool but...

Is Allegro still slower than molasses at paying? Have they ever NOT paid? I ask because DnB says they aren't too bad (63) but Equifax says to run for the hills (99).

Any updates on this company would be appreciated.

Look at the lawsuits if everyone says no to these azzhats then they go away. The problem is every month somebody else comes on here about them. NOBODY should be that hard up for freight ever!!

You are so right! Two and two wasn't making four so we did our due diligence. Lawsuits from less than 6 months ago.

Promises of COD and "come by and get a check after you load" make them sound convincing.

I guess 'cause we are so honest, I figured everyone else should be also...Yeah, right - not in this business.

Allegro still owes us about $2000. The idiots still use us for credit references all the time even after I give bad refereneces I don't understand these clowns. Been 5 months since payment.

We just collected on an $800 invoice for a load that we did for them in June.
