Beware. Richard is very unprofessional and ignorant. He burned us for waiting time and ultimately a load. We spent hours at a shipper waiting for a load and because we would not agree to only being paid $50 for 3.5 waiting on an LTL order he had the shipper offload us. He screwed up and didnt tell us there was an appointment for pick up then expects us to not get paid for our time. He turns it around and says we are trying to screw people. It baffles me how these people stay in business.
