We have been chasing this broker since June 2024. But we found out they are going out of service.
Not answering calls or emails.

Pending invoices worth more than $15,000 CAD
Their accounts said, they are in process of selling the equipment and will pay us. Doesn't seem like the case as they don't even acknowledge the invoices from MULTIPLE carriers. We have proof of email threads with pick up and delivery communications.

Broker? They are showing as a Carrier, a Carrier that brokers freight.

They have (had) been around for years as a reliable, specialized open deck carrier. I believe the people we dealt with then were John and Steve. We used them many times with excellent results. It appears that they decided to reduce their fleet and broker the freight they had. Too bad, it appears they were not as proficient being a broker as they were a carrier.

I get very little flat bed freight anymore... but this is sad... back in the day... John (I think that was his name... he had a real deep voice) at All Points was one of my "go to" flat bed carriers... he knew what he was doing... so did his drivers. Never had a bad experience with them.

Tough times out there for all of us right now kids...
