So you had to post this complaint anonymously? What are you hiding from?
Let me get this straight, V.T. Impex. You signed our shipment confirmation which clearly states that you will forfeit your right to payment if you double-broker our shipment. You also signed our broker-carrier agreement which states the same in BOLD in the second paragraph on the first page. You told us your truck was broken down, called our shipper directly, then magically your truck was fixed, picked up a day late. THEN you whited out the PARS sticker on the bill of lading so we would not know another carrier actually hauled this load. Then you called and harrassed us for Quick Pay which was not discussed at the time you booked the load. Hmm.
If anyone has any questions about this, please call the actual carrier, Can-Truck, who we ARE paying for moving our load. Can-Truck also unfortunately took another load from V.T. Impex, or whatever you want to call yourselves, that was a Landstar load. Landstar also was unaware that their load was double-brokered. The jig is up, we can all search your name and see what games you are playing with unsuspecting brokers. And you have not had the nerve to call and insist on payment because you know what you did was wrong.
All America Transportation, Inc. has been in business for 15 years. How long have you been in business? Do you really think others will believe we don't pay our bills? Guys like you give honest, decent carriers and brokers a bad name. Shame on you.

So zaya are you VT Impex? There is a thread already on this site where you got busted double brokering a load by senior members.....another one bites the dust.
Funny, so you screwed this V.T. Impex too. You know exactly who I am, so don't pull this crap. By the way I would love to talk to them to see what really happened.

If you have done nothing wrong - state your carrier name and phone number. That will clear up any misconceptions as to whether you are being screwed or not. By All America's reply - I believe you are VT Impex and got caught. Start licking those wounds as they are DOUBLE deep...
