A little whiney and high maintenance ... but she'll do the job for you. We sometimes use her on I/B Chicago reefer LTL.

Albina is a Russian woman that runs the business from her house and has yard space on Doney Crescent I believe. She is quite old school in how she acts particularly on the phone ... yes, whiney (have you ever seen her comments in Link acting desperate for help???) but ultimately if you can make a deal with her the freight will move just fine.
 
A little whiney? More like extreme. I had the pleasure of dealing with her on a shipment that had some delivery complications and rather then working with me on it and resolving the issue she just whined every phone call. I was ready to freak. Finally got it offloaded and now today she calls me asking why we use a PO box. Then goes off telling me everyone who uses a PO box is crook. Conversation ended with me telling her to fax, email, send it to our physical address, send it to my home address. Do whatever you want just send it and get this over with. I will not use now unless I have no other options to avoid the hassle.

Oh so she's like that with everyone? I thought that she was only like that with us. LOL too funny that she does it with everyone. Whiney yes, but she does get the job done if you give her freight. Never had any issues with a delivery.
