On the service side they are hit and miss

It would seam they are trying to clean up service side. We have used them couple times last couple months on this promise with non urgent freight and they have picked up and delivered as per what they said. BUT very short leash still as we had major issues with them at previous company.

I find they promise you the world.. and don't even deliver the city.
When you call them on it, all the promises are forgotten and they do what they want to do when the want to do it... they are a DNU at our company

On our DNU, had a terrible experience two years ago on an FTL to Chicago, IL. Told us truck was on the way to the shipper in T.O. for 3 hours and just never showed up.

I had an issue with them a couple of years ago. As a previous poster replied they are generally good guys. (I even drove for them for a few months). But they did an LTL p/u for us in NY and for some unknown reason their driver didn't get/ask for customs docs.

They were there available. They brought it back IN BOND. They insisted on being paid for this - DNU ever since
