Only 7 loads this year together.
Picks up and delivers on time, I do see sometimes they don't answer the phone during business hours when tracing.

Would work with again.

loaded a FTL back in April 2016. Delivered 3 weeks later and told us it delivered each day. Asked owner for pod daily and was told staff was out and could not get POD. Tracked the PAPS and it didn't cross until 16 days after it loaded. DNU
 
We had a bad experience also, I can' recall what it was but we have them marked as DNU.
 
Load picked up friday for monday delivery 8am. get a call on sunday stating my broker isn't clearing, so i get the load cleared within 1 hr. now they are late for delivery and blamed the customs broker when they could have called me on friday or saturday to advise of a problem. Monday traced the load at least 10 times to get eta of 1030pm (got that at 9pm) load does not deliver till the next morning with no answer why we kept a evening shift late for the arrival of shipment. got attitude stating they can drop the freight of at there cross docks in IN or TN. Unreliable and not honest carrier.
 
Moved an LTL load on them a week ago. Great service and great communication but they must have had a very inexperienced driver as my pallets were loaded down one side of the trailer with nothing next to them and not strapped. Needless to say my shipment that was beautifully shrinkwrapped was spread across the trailer. I would use them again but I would remind them of this and ask if the driver on my next load was trained to secure the cargo.
 
They would tell you everything is good then you get what you get. I did have 1 good experience with them and then 1 bad i would not use them again. 1 thing no need to tell ppl your coming at 1030pm and not show up when your the one scheduling the telling them you will be there and no advance warning that you cant come.

Sounds like he had a long piece on the other side he delivered first and the guy would not move the skids to level out the load.

Anyone work with them recently for cross-border? Noticed their miles haven't been updated since 2018 on SAFER?
