I was referring to an "agency" arrangement where I have a person join our company as an agent where they will bring on clients from past relationships and new clients based on their sales and marketing efforts. They would not be employees to Trans Action but will sell for us exclusively and be awarded commission based payouts. With these payouts, they would use a portion of those to build their own team within Trans Action while getting the benefits of our back end systems administration and operations. I know that I wouldn't be able to get a copy of one of these very easy from my competitors but was hoping I could find some sort of template that I can tweak with my lawyer. Perhaps something from a similar industry.
