Good point Mike. Pretty, clean trucks are good, but a courteous driver is worth his weight in gold to any trucking operation. How easy is it to do as Patrick Swazye said in Road House.... just "be nice". There is virtually no investment required, no expensive software, no three day training seminars, just remind your drivers to be polite, respectful and although it isn't easy some days, pleasant.

I just had a bunch of outstanding accounts given to me recently to work on, I have not been in touch with State Transportation. I figured it was a lost cause.....How did State Transportation handle that non payment on your end?
