We've had the pleasure of working together on a few LTL GTA shipments.

All picked up and delivered on time, strong communication. There is a note from one of the shippers regarding kind/courteous driver. Here's hoping you get that particular one! Always looks good on everyone.

Good point Mike. Pretty, clean trucks are good, but a courteous driver is worth his weight in gold to any trucking operation. How easy is it to do as Patrick Swazye said in Road House.... just "be nice". There is virtually no investment required, no expensive software, no three day training seminars, just remind your drivers to be polite, respectfull and although it isn't easy some days, pleasant.

Ha ha ha... At almost every drivers meeting we have the owner here says the same thing... "Be Nice" and references that movie. "If you're being asked to do something you consider unfair or unsafe politely excuse yourself contact the office and let dispatch deal with the situation".

Drivers are easy to find... Good Drivers are getting to be a very rare commodity these days.

Be careful with the people who contacted you. They called us for a load and never called back. I found their phone number on the link and when I called there and talked to the owner, he told me it's the 3rd time this has happened.

Those guys use AERO name to steal freight.... the owner was really upset by the situation and apologized... There is an alert these days on load link saying the same thing about that company....

Be careful and double check your contact name and phone number...

apparently per our shipper they are doing same thing to another 3pl with freight from their dock going West. Was at their office looking for paperwork this morning, unreal drivers driving around with BOL's from August for month so they can't bill them..................ya OK. They insist they use agents that take their trailers down to load(checked not true), and they run their trucks out West n back.
 
load to Edmonton

We gave them a load on Monday and it was supposed to be in Edmonton on Friday and Walt told me when I booked it that there was no problem with that and all wk I was following up with him.

Every time I spoke to him he said don't worry he will be there and I kept asking him to call me back and I always had to call him. The load never arrived until Tuesday and I'm still waiting for him to call me back to tell me that it has delivered.

Just be careful as to what you give them, they have done some other work for us and all went well but now I don't know if I can use them again.

Aero Freight never paid us for a skid we moved from State Transportation in Etobicoke to AB, over a year ago, their number is out of order, found another location in Mississauga but that number does not receive incoming calls....go figure. Jennifer
