That is Warren Transport / DD Transport almost two years I think since they merged was wondering when they would finally start using the name. Warren always has been a good carrier when I have used them over the years van/reefers and DD is based out of NF with flats.

I've used them on an ongoing basis for years, new people in dispatch is right, but the old people are now the supervisors, so its all good.

They took a load from us yesterday
we had already an account with them but it's been a while since we did business so they asked for our credit - which I sent.
it's now 4pm on friday, delivering at 8pm and her dispatch is calling saying they cannot deliver if they are not paid by credit card before cause our references didn't call them back.
Why the hell did they picked up in the first place?
Sorry, but even if everyone loves them, they are on my DNU list.
It is not my customer problem if they didn't reach our references and wait until 4pm on friday to advise they are not delivering before getting paid which basically is holding freight hostage!
Of course we gave them a credit card number to deliver...
