Are they a reputable company? Do they delay payment??

Any body use these guys as a carrier, if so how was their service?

I have known them for many years. They used to be sub par when it came to giving updates and delivery ETA's but in the past 2 years they have improved dramatically. Very good at reefer LTL to the west.
