They have two offices: one in Toronto and one in Montreal.

I gave them a load to deliver first thing this morning. I call and email 3 times for an update and no response. At 10:30 customer calls and tells me driver isn't there. I call them and I'm asking what is happening.

Now after doing this shipment for me 3-4 times the truck can't fit at this location. I've done this load with this customer for over a year so I know trucks should fit fine. Now it's 1.5 hours longer.

Not impressed with their service at all.

Good luck! On our DNU.

Gave them several loads from ON to Dollarama Montreal.

First 2 went without a hitch.

Last one - the missed the appt once, said they arrived late but they didn't even went on site.

Rebooked for 1 week later - ' missed ' it again.

So, they costs us 2000$ in fine. For no reason, wasn't even able to provide a reason, good or bad!

We were taking them only in last resort, as we sometimes have too much GTA to GMA and have to use other carriers than our regulars.

I do not recommend their services. They are also double brokering like crazy so...

12:45 pm and no answer from Montreal location and Ken is now saying they don't have a driver to deliver this today.

Customer needs this product to go out today. DNU for this company.
 
We do Next Day Delivery from Ontario to Montreal everyday. let me know if I can be of help :)
 
FYI I was threatened by this company that they would not deliver this shipment because I wrote a comment here about their poor service. This was last year, but I thought it better that others know this before using them ever again. Lots of lies and disrespect by every person at this organization.
 
I used to work for the President before he was at AC. I know that he came into a 'gong show' and he knew it too. It's probably not perfect yet but they are cleaning it up. Their main claim to fame is handling dray containers for the big US intermodal guys so it lends to some opportunities.
