....for bottom feeding that it. CH Robinson Chicago, posting Stoney Creek ON to Houston TX for 1500 CDN miles......If you are the carrier who takes that load please let me know, I'd love you to move loads for me so I can stuff my pockets. I'm always interested to meet folks who are far more efficient at running trucks in a cost effective manner than I am.

Bet it is a well known carrier doing it because there are lots out there doing freight for fuel how low can you go reverse freight auction 2009!!!!!!!!!!

I have had them in my shippers prominet large Canadian fleets offering a buck a mile had one today $125 for a 2200 lbs skid to Montreal I dont know how they do it but they do its a race to the bottom folks hold on tight.......

CH Robinson

One of their sales/dispatch types was telling our dispatcher that we werent "competitive". Seems we couldnt find a way to move a load from Leamington to Toledo Ohio for 275.00. I took it as a compliment. Who wants to compete with nonsense like that..

*I've said it before, and I'll keep saying it. Don't take the loads... There are people who will take these loads, sure. but how long will they be in business. C.H. & Traffic Tech may not care who they have on their loads, that's because they never have nor will they ever care about that. They care about $$$. The key is to not use these gerbil packers and watch them either start paying or losing their customers to brokers that will actually move the freight. As I say to my customers, it may cost more, but you know it will be picked up and delivered.

Just been asked for a quote from a company to take freight from Montreal,QC to Dartmouth,NS... he said he already had an offer of....... $90 ..... I told him to snap the hand off as I couldn't compete with that :)
