Has anyone had dealings with these guys? Have been trying to collect on invoice over 120 days old. I have been told 3 different dates that the cheque has been mailed.

The owners name is Tiger but he is never in or will be in shortly but never arrives.

Good luck, I have been in your shoes with A&M as well. Keep bugging them, you will get your money eventually. Just make sure to not to do anything else for them. Hard to believe they are still in business.

I have also being having the same problem with this company. 3 different dates that the cheque has been mailed. I have gotten to the point where I am going to call the company that paid the bill to them. I just think that people like this should not be in business.
 
I would imagine they will pull the same stunt they pulled about 4 years ago, they will offer you fifty cents on the dollar or lose everything. They call it restructuring, they do this with all their accounts, and then they start the scam all over again. Report them to link for starters, and call their customers.
 
Last time we did a job for them we received half of the payment after about 4 months and then 3 months later we received a check (august) that was dated for the 26th of May. They eventually pay.... but we no longer do buisness with them

There was an incident a few years back with the Hells Angels. I'm pretty sure that those guys get paid much more quickly:)

Too bad when I did a search I couldn't find this thread. 5 months to get paid $300 and RUDE, RUDE, RUDE when you call looking for payment.
Steer clear of this outfit. They are not worth the headache.
 
If you look on link their Equifax credit score is very good and D&B is ok as well.
You need to report this stuff so people know what they are dealing with.
 
That's what this site is about my friend. They always pay but they do it when they feel like it. Do you know anyone with motorcycles and leather jackets. Back about 10 years ago I knew one of the girls in the office and some guys related to the Hells angels went and collected and they got paid ON THE SPOT :rolleyes:

Does anyone have any payment history with this company? Trying to collect on a July invoice and getting a run around for the last 3 weeks!!

I tried to search them but had a hard time, the search in this doesn't always work, any way to post a link to it for me
 
If you're lucky, you should get paid before the first of 2014. They usually take anywhere from 4 to 6 months sometimes even longer. Depends on how high the invoice is. Then you might get a partial payment in November and the rest in January or February. The quick pay option means that you'll only wait about 3 months. They are definitely on our DO NOT USE list

have trouble collecting payment from this company has anyone else been having any issues?
 
They where just sold the new owner took over on the first of the month they are changing the name to A&M Global Logistics I believe is what they told my brother. I cannot remember who the new owner is but it is someone we have dealt with and he called here to let us know of the change. things can only get better maybe Tiger will go back to the old country with his scams and BS.
 
Just seeing if anyone can confirm they have improved with their payments with new owner? (We used to deal with Sat but not recently)
