They finally emailed back and said their factoring company is holding all their money and they can't pay us. We are 90+ days on our invoice.

They probably owe the factor a bunch of money in funds due to recourse invoices that are not being paid.

Not a good sign-cash flow is king. No cash is ....well....er....
