do they answer phone calls (GRK)? Whenever you ring their phone, always says the number is not in use. or something like not working. hard to be connected and dont update the status of the load via email. Do you have same experience?

Never like that for me, given I don't call them every day or anything but have never had an issue

They have expired Policy number/ coi and never updated it.
