Anyone have any payment information on these folks? I have a September invoice - and have had a few excuses as to why it was not paid. Said they forgot to place the right amount of postage etc. Going to bill the Receiver today.
 
contacted the receiver and it was not long before Mr. Cummings called me saying that the check was now in the mail.. I have heard that before, so let's hope that it really is this time.
Good Luck searcher with your collection efforts - maybe contacting the receiver is the thing to do in your situation as well.
 
All US Brokers, operating legally, would have a MC Number and Surety Bond in place. Secure their MC information and claim against their bond for non-payment. The Surety holder will provide claim form.
 
stay away folks, nothing they say is true. Don't wait, put a claim against their bond ASAP
 
The only way I got paid was to call the shipper and receiver, it wasn't long after I made those calls that I got the check
