4 SEASONS LOGISTICS INC.

Wanted to be set up with our company in April requested their COI and their broker confirmed they no longer had a policy with them. No communication since.

Although my comment of yesterday was accurate, accounting followed up yesterday on one remaining invoice we are owed. We are unable to reach them and it would appear the freight was triple brokered.

The number rings and rings then a voice mail comes on. It appears they may have closed.

Hi All,

It appears that 4 Seasons Logistics Inc. registered the business in BC. On the certificate it notes "has been registered as an extraprovincial company with the assumed name of Domestic Freightways Inc." Thought I would share that as these guys appear to just be everywhere and nowhere. The number that BrownRT listed belongs to Bless Trucking, another company that cannot be located. Be on the lookout as they appear to grab anything that is not tied down.

Happy Friday.

FRAUD ALERT! SCAM ALERT! BEWARE!

I just posted a SCAM ALERT on Loadlink and have gotten 16 calls in the first 30min. From the calls I was able to answer (a lot of them I missed because I was on the other line), the carriers/brokers told me similar stories about these guys.

We did a load 2 months ago for Amanpreet Dhaliwal (also goes by Aman or Preet) from 4 Seasons Logistics Inc. It was a power only move from Delta BC to Edmonton AB. It's been 2 months now and still no payment. Two weeks ago they were promising payment by cheque but we've received nothing. All this last week they were promising to do an etransfer but still we received nothing. Now as of 2 days ago, all our calls are blocked.

They double or triple broker most of their freight with no intention of paying the carrier. They will also get you to pickup and drop a loaded trailer so you are not the pickup carrier or the delivery carrier so you have no way of getting paid or collecting from any shipper or receiver.

From all the calls I've gotten... Paul from Synergy Trucking Ltd, Gary from TransWorld Express, Kuldeep from Royal Team Canada Transport, Amrit from A. Sekhon Trucking and a few others have said the same thing about these guys. Many of them are currently involved in court proceedings against Amanpreet Dhaliwal / Domestic Freightways Inc / 4 Seasons Logistics Inc.

Aman Dhaliwal has other companies under which he operates where he has screwed people. His wife may be part of his team. They have operated out of Edmonton, Calgary, and Surrey.

ALIASES / OTHER NAMES
Amanpreet Dhaliwal
Amandeep Dhaliwal
Aman Dhaliwal
Preet Dhaliwal

POSSIBLE ACCOMPLICESE/CO-CONSPIRATORS
Harpeet Kaur Ark is a registered Director of 4 Seasons Logistics Inc. She may be his wife or relative.

Harjit Singh Gill - UPDATE as of July 25, 2019
Up until earlier today on LinkedIn.com (linkedin.com/in/harjit-gill-7819bb44 ), Harjit Gill was advertising himself as an owner of 123 Seasons Logistics Inc. We called him on his mobile 604-724-6681 to question him about his involvement with 123 Seasons Logistics Inc. and association with Amanpreet Dhaliwal. He denied that he was an owner and when questioned about why his LinkedIn.com page mentions him as an owner he became very defensive and evasive. We revisited his LinkedIn page shortly afterwards and found that he had removed all traces of 123 Seasons Logistics Inc from his account. It should be noted that he is also the owner of Baz Fleet Solutions Ltd (phone number 604-340-4512) located at 6681 216 St Langley City, BC V2Y 1S6. He denied knowing any Amanpreet Dhaliwal yet we find that very suspicious and questionable considering he lives right next door to him. Amanpreet lives at 6673 216 St, Surrey BC V2Y 1S6.

4 Seasons Logistics Inc. was registered as an extra-provincial company in BC on March 2019 with the assumed name of Domestic Freightways Inc.

Sawyer,

How did you post 'Scam Alert' on Loadlink? Where is it that I should be looking for these alerts? Thank you.

Mike

Hi Mike,

I posted loads on Loadlink and in the comments section I typed in as much info as I could to let everyone know to watch out for this guy. I've attached what I had posted but he complained to Loadlink and Loadlink sent me an email telling me to take it down or they will close my account. I've attached that email to this post.

During the time my postings were up, we received over 107 calls from Loadlink members inquiring about the post and thanking us for posting it. We also received lots of calls from Loadlink members who he also owes money that is long overdue and brokers to whom he sent invalid and/or fraudulent/doctored Certificate of Insurance misrepresenting himself/his companies as being insured.

Loadlink really needs to step up their game and help crack down on people like this. They should send out a broadcast/ad to all Loadlink members letting them know when a company has been banned and for what reason and the names of the people involved so carriers are aware and can watch out for those people. I've filed a complaint with them already so lets see what they do.

Sawyer,

I see. Good for you for thinking outside the box a little on how to warn other Loadlink Members about your experiences.

Of course, if Loadlink members all decide to use the system this way, it really defeats what the tool/system was designed for. I believe they have a policy about complaints, a certain number of complaints causes them to investigate a clients ongoing account status, and a large number of complains I believe launches a 'warning' complaining to members and account lockout of the offending member. Perhaps calling and discussing it with your account rep would clarify their complaint procedures (if they are permitted to disclose internal processes).

Remember, Loadlink is a business providing a service, they are not the police, they are not the OPP, they are not the RCMP nor do they have the capacity to 'control' anything in our industry beyond responding to complaints from their customers. The more feedback they have from members the more they can react to a member that should be 'cut off'. I have seen warnings in the ad popups of companies that are not Loadlink members, that could be their way of telling you to steer clear? :)

All of the above is my opinion based on what I have seen and heard, I have not called Loadlink to ask for clarification. I'm sure they are a member here and are free to speak up any time.

Keep well,
Mike

Sawyer,

As per Mike's comment noted above - "perhaps calling and discussing it with your account rep would clarify their complaint procedures (if they are permitted to disclose internal processes)." - did you speak to your Link Rep about this issue?

They have a policy in place for reporting non-paying members - it's based on a '3 strike' policy. Did they have other complaints on file do you know? Makes no sense why they would close your account when bringing this matter to their attention.
