I gave them 2 loads QC to FL last month, pick-up and delivery occured as per appointments with no issues

Did you even look at their SMS? Every inspection has a violation! I know that the FMCSA is working on getting the summary of OOS violations back up but if you look at the details one could wonder if the load will really get there? Also, the FMCSA site is in the middle of MOTUS changes. I'd be careful on relying on that for proper information. Currently the insurance policy is in cancelled status as of May 16, 2026 but the website does not have the authorities revoked.
If you still plan on using them, confirm the insurance.

Company or the broker. Pretty sure some of these brokers are fully involved in the BS being pulled by some carriers.
