Hi All,
Can anyone recommend a carrier ( besides any of the big common ones) that does LTL from GTA to Yellowknife, NWT? It's 2 crates, 8 feet of trailer, 1,800 lbs.

I would LTL it to Edmonton area and then call the following,

Larry Pirnak Trucking

See if Larry has anything to go with your freight. I use Larry for FTL to NWT and is one hell of a carrier to use however I am not too sure if he has anything going up but its worth checking. hope this helps?

I used Fedex from WV to Hay River, NWT last week.. they're not small, but they do LTL up to 20 linear feet, and price was reasonable. My order was 20 ft. 2400 lbs. They interlined with Manitoulin in Edmonton to complete the ride to Hay River.

Coming out of GTA.. I would use M-O to Edmonton, and Manitoulin to NWT..
 
I found this old thread and wondered if anyone recommend any other carriers to deliver from either GTA or Edmonton to Yellowknife, NT? Thank you
