I wish I could help you, between the posts here and the other warnings we've seen online we've had to steer clear of this company. Probably a good thing we did, sounds like a bunch of headaches.
A word of advice if I may: Make sure that you have a term and condition that says if your load is rebrokered without you knowing and agreeing to it, that you have the right to pay the transporting carrier directly. It's rare enough (probably about 1 in 10 000 orders), but it really comes in handy when you need it!

Not sure how they can sue you then. If you are simply referring to your terms and reporting facts here.
