Can anyone shed light on what's going on with this company, they owed ASL Global Logistics for a February 2011 freight bill for $4,500.00, they hide behind voicemail, Peter does not return phone calls. ASL Global Logistics has lodge a nonpayment Load Link complaint against them.

UPDATE: I was in touch with the receiver Siltech Corp. 225 Wicksteed Ave. Toronto, Ontario 416-424-4567; they confirmed 1420238 Ont., Inc. aka RapidEx aka EnRoute Logistics was paid. Siltech efforts to reach 1420238 Ont., Inc. aka RapidEx aka EnRoute Logistics were ignored, unanswered messages, avoiding. Siltech's no longer uses 1420238 Ont., Inc. aka RapidEx aka EnRoute Logistics. Yesterday I was working a corporate profile Rapidex had furnished to ASL Global Logistics I called their insurance company to clarify if they had some type of surety bond set up with them wasn't sure because It looked confusing; he listed a bank and in the same column there's a bond #TM5035585 and underneath this was an insurance company the insurance company was Pearson & Dunn the agent advised she needed to contact RapidEx / Peter J. Brown for his approval to discuss this with me, she would call Peter and call me right back. She obviously had no problem with getting in touch with Peter Brown, she said Peter Brown told her to advise me she did not have permission to speak with me and I'm to call him which is a JOKE. Peter like he has done with the receiver has not responded at all to my voicemails, emails or faxes. This also demonstrates Peter is selective on what phone calls he screens and answerers. In regards to ASL Global Logistics outstanding freight bill theres been no word from Peter Brown which equals NO CHECK. Also, the insurance company had given Peter Brown my phone number, I assume that made a LOUD NOISE hitting the bottom of his trash can.

Again, I'm asking can anyone shed light on this company? His actions clearly demonstrate he's a trucker, shipper and consignee WORST NIGHTMARE. It appears he's operating just like Tracey at EMO, Inc.

As mentioned yesterday ASL Global Logistics had filed a nonpayment complaint against 1420238 Ont., Inc. aka RapidEx aka EnRoute Logistics with the Load Link.

Peter J. Brown is still avoiding. Some information on the corporate profile he had furnished in Feb. 2011 was out dated such as his haz certificate number the one he furnished stems back to 2005 the correct current haz certification for 2011 is 052311550042TU. Does anyone know who this guy is pulling loads for currently, he's supposed to have 4 truck?. He obviously is pulling / brokering hazardous content and you would think there is a GREAT deal of responsibility that goes with the territory and the qualification is you would have to be squeaky clean and not someone that stings truckers for payment hiding behind voicemails etc.

UPDATE: Peter J. Brown continues to avoid the February 2011 freight bill--$4,500.00, we received an update from the Load Link they confirmed RapidEx is a Load Link member and the nonpayment complaint has been lodged against RapidEx. The Load Link mentioned EnRoute Logistics and 1420328 Ont., Inc. are not members of the Link.

Now that a complaint has been lodged with Link - please update only when you have new information and/or have received payment.

Members are fully aware of the existing non payment issues you are unfortunately facing.

UPDATE: I received confirmation from the receiver Siltech...RapidEx also dodge their phone calls, they paid RapidEX March 1, 2011 check #015365--$5,160.00. RapidEx made $660.00 and still elected to hose the trucker ASL Global Logistcs...do the math this guy is BAD NEWS...

Peter J. Brown continues to avoid the freight bill. His voicemail this morning advised his freight dispatch is being handled through a different phone # 905-702-2517, fax # 905-877-9218. The 2517 # is listed to a D. Saxon located in Georgetown, Ontario; move with caution. The games that Peter continues to display is a trucker, shipper and consignee worst nightmare.

FYI: According to Accutrac Capital RAPDIEX'S credit rating is a "F" meaning he drags his feet in terms of paying freight bills if at "ALL". I also know that he is factoring his receivables to RBA Financial. Like Peter's Insurance Company RBA has no problems in reaching Peter, which has not been the case for ASL Global Logistics. Like I said previously this guy is "Selective" on what phone calls he answers.

Please call me at the # you listed above, I have also left you a voicemail. I am just a dispatch service and was hired by Peter. I would like more information as he is a new customer. I did my homework on credit checks with companies I know and they checked out. But if this is a bad name I dont want to be a part of it Thanks

Update: This morning I spoke to ktaylor at 905-702-2517 (D. Saxon phone number) she explain she recently started doing business with Peter Brown, dispatching loads, she does business as Route Runner which is a separate entity. She was unaware of the nonpayment issue and very concerned, the impression I got from her is she is a straight arrow and cares very much about the trucking industry. She was absolutely instrumental in getting Peter Brown to call me / ASL Global Logistics. She obviously lit a good flame under Peter's butt. Peter did walk into ASL with a payment this morning of $500.00 with a note promising to pay $500.00 biweekly. The owner of ASL expressed that he wants and needs his money sooner, this is a one party agreement. I reached out to Peter again and left a voicemail expressing the importance we need to arrive at a meeting of the minds and put this behind us. ktaylor has also assured me that she will continue to reach out to Peter requesting that he makes this right ASAP.
