to be honest I think, if companies are still operating everyone just needs to work hand in hand with everyone be it Trillium or anyone else.
How much can Trillium or some of these “smaller brokerages” actually owe people? 2000? 6000? 10000?
If they don’t pay and it’s going to close your company because of $2000 then I think you have serious problems of your own. That doesn’t mean they shouldn’t pay. But take a serious payment plan. $500 every other week. Get it paid. If they still don’t pay, then their dead beats.

I physically went to their office - no promises - nothing just said accounting is not in....very shady.....we have transferred the file to a collections agency...not expecting anything....

Based on the above post, you'd better watch out for this new 'Trillium' company based out of Cambridge which recently requested an MC number from FMCSA.

Contact Finloc 2000 inc, per what we've heard, they are the ones who financed most of their trailers and they are taking their trailers back.

Don't know if Thapar is better than Ibrar Khan or not.
Don't know if Ibrar will be involved in Polar. If yes, that would be a DNU automatically.

Rahul was part of the ownership group that sold Trillium to Ibrar. Ibrar kept him on. Now he has started Polar Expedite and Ibrar posted something about new beginnings on LinkedIn.. We shall see what comes of it, but my money is on them still being in business together - just a different name now.

If you haven’t been paid in 2 years, chances are you’re not going to be paid anytime soon. The window for taking some action was 18+ months ago.
