This isn't exactly recent info.... but I did a load over 10 years ago in Feb 2012. Had to contact them several times, and have the controller put a stop payment put on a mailed cheque so I could pick one up... In the end, it took just under 12 weeks to get paid...

Appreciate everyones info, our factoring company also said they are good to work with.
