You probably will, but will have to wait around 90 days and perhaps go pick the cheque up, on our do not use list.

I was advised by Mark over there they charge waiting time for LTL after 30 minutes and TL after 1 hour. Anyone have this problem with them?

I don't know anything about this company, Youngtea. But for ltl it could be realistic. For one or two skids, it should not take more than 30 minutes to pull that off a truck. For 15 skids, you have to give more than half an hour. It is always better to work that out ahead of time. I do agree that they should not make up these stipulations after the fact.

Yes I agree. In this case I was after the fact, but we can to an agreement. I wanted to see if this was an issue others have had with them or if this is something new that they made up for my situation.

For local service, there is nothing wrong with those standards. For long haul it's more liberal, generally 1 hour for LTL and 2 for truckload.

Make sure this is in writing as I've had issues like this before.

Should never take more than 1/2hr to load or unload any skidded ftl. If it does the shipper / receiver is screwing the pooch. Get the poop on or off do the put away etc when the driver is gone. Time is money..

Are you having trouble getting paid? I've been trying to call someone and apart from the receptionist, no one answers.
