Hi
Anyone have any contact other then accounting email. I am waiting to be paid from an invoice 4/Nov/2021 - I have phoned and emailed multiple times. No response.
Reception says 'due to Covid they are short staffed' ... an email response doesn't take that long
Will contact their customer 2/4 - that will be the 90 day mark
 
Update: got paid at 90 days exactly - their accounting department was being reorganized as the previous employee was away for two months and the new person didn't know their head from teir tail - and so didn't invoice their customers and intrun did not process any AP either - on our DNU - unless desperate I guess
