We organized freight through Kelly at King of Freight. We picked up a skid of LTL in the GTA destined for CT about a month ago. After loading it on the truck we found out that the receiver could not get clearance by his custom broker and our truck had to deliver on Monday. We had to come out of the GTA and bring it back our yard just south of Woodstock and offload this delicate skid and tarp it. I advised Kelly there would be additional charges and he agreed to pay. The following week our 2nd truck was destined for CT so we reloaded it onto our flatbed and delivered it safely to his customer. Once we delivered Kelly sent me an email and agreed we should be paid for all of the additional charges of which is asked for $500.00. It has been a month and I have sent atleast 10 emails and made a ton of calls and they have gone quiet and will not respond.

Anyone that ignores your calls is subconsciously begging you to call their customer and advise them you delivered their goods and would gladly do it again for them once you get paid by the King of all Bull-roar.

You need to go up the chain of command at King of Freight.. i.e. speak to the King himself.. looks like you've been speaking to one of their paupers.. I'm sure the owners don't want an unhappy carrier to give them a one star review on google.. that's worth something.
