Having issues getting paid from these people. May be hitting the non paying freight broker forum soon. AP is based out of Kentucky, call center is in Arkansa and main address is in Texas. They are showing no respect to their Ontario branches formerly Torus & Lakeside. 60 days in and they promised payment 3 weeks ago and now say maybe next week. On my DNU list for sure. Please be cautious. They may generate 500 million a year but if they're spending 600 you do the math.

I was eventually paid (not sure how many days but under 100). The worst part was I had to loan them $300 USD to pay the lumpers that they didn't disclose to me.

Submit for payment through Triumphpay, no issues on our end, payments made 30-40 days by ACH or can do quickpay at 2 %

They neglected to tell me about lumpers too. Paid in 55 days.
