We have been working with them for many years without any major issues Shakey. If minor issues occur we talk them thru with Harry.
 
One of my main carrier! They are awesome.
Yes minor issues sometimes, like with everyone.
They are great! Simon is my contact over there. Been using their services for many years now.

I know i'm more than 2 years late but, i'll post anyways. We have 1 invoice with Ideal around 105 days and another one at 75 days. Was told a check was gonna be sent (this was about 3 weeks ago) still haven't received it. Sent two emails about 2 weeks apart and haven't gotten any replies. I'm not bad mouthing Ideal i'm sure they'll pay but, i'm just truthfully giving out my current experience. Hope this helps.

they were located in Milton however they moved to etobicoke, tony is the owner, he said he needed to downsize.

exact same situation, always a cheque going out, email requests never answered 90+ days owing
 
since they moved a few team members from Ideal left as well FYI not sure if it has anything to do with it

no, sorry GSJ, just the same runaround.....however, they took a load from us in late Sept, so we'll be holding onto that until they decide to honor us with a reply... sorry for your situation, I don't think they're paying anyone, we just got lucky.
 
Any updates on Ideal? I have invoices from August and keep getting the run around.
 
Finally got paid in Nov for 2 July loads, but we had an Oct load pending to them, so I'm sure that's the only reason we were able to collect??
 
Picked up a cheque today however only received payment for 3/4 invoices. "Mailed payment for the 4th invoice yesterday" Sending it to collections today, enough of their games.
