I used them on a rush shipment from the airport to finally delvry. Everything went well. However still fighting with them to get pod lol.

yes. we contacted rcvr, the shipment was a neon storefront sign, so we saw a picture with the goods delivered and sent it to out client and we got paid.

We did a load (Calgary to Winnipeg) for them last year - communication was not perfect but we got paid on time

The problem with them is pretty much clear. Poor communication which is always scary on either side. I have done a load for them and ended up getting payment up front I did not feel good about them. We have taken a couple of cheap loads for them. Very poor communication and language is always an issue it seems.

I agree. they are down the road from us here....but we can never get proper information or updates from them. they don't answer emails or calls at times too... we do not use them due to this

Most of these companies hire cheap inexperienced workers. That is why the communication is the way it is.
