Be very careful if you giving these guys freight, I gave them 2 skids going to Albany OR on April 26th and I have no idea where my freight is. Lie after lie...

I will not use them ever again. Once was plenty for me.
They are terrible.For clarification... I'm not an unreasonable person / broker. I understand that stuff happens. We have an asset division here and I get that... I see it happen here from time to time. However, if a broker gets the truth from the carrier and that info is relayed to the customer and everyone is on the same page... that's one thing. But when a carrier tells you that truck is broke down and then he can't get offloaded at the delivery before yours and the broker shares this info with the consignee. Then the consignee says to the driver... "so I hear you've had a bad week?" and the driver says "What are you talking about I just left Toronto Friday and you're my first stop." Well... that's the only time we'll do business together.

Did 3 Loads for them all at once.
1. Horrible communication from their end. Don't respond to e-mails neither do they answer calls.
2. Their dispatch sent my driver to a Sams club location advising it is a reworked load and doesn't need an appointment. Made my driver sit all day.
3. Waiting to get revised confirmations on Lumper charges and detentions along with redeliveries. E-mailed customer several times and called them. I was told I would have it by the end of the day. Day ended called the next day, I was told within the hour, then by noon, then by end of day. Then I was told He has a lot on his plate he'd get it to me.
Then I Called the following business day, he wouldn't answer my calls. Called his coleagues who gave the managers number. Once I spoke with the Manager Siva e-mails me saying "you are an idiot"
Very unprofessional and unresponsive customer. Will update on what happens.
Also make sure call recording is on when working with this customer so you have documented proof of everything going on.
