we have done LTL (PARTIAL)shipment for them
we still didn't get paid
they saying your late for delivery
well,1st we told them we need sometime to get all partials together
2nd we have told them we couldn't find the other loads so we cancelled it before pick up time then they start excusing we have (PARS) Canada customs done under your company and we have to load this LTL no matter what
finally we convinced by them and agree to load on time and we load and look for other partial there were none
so we have moved as it as with one only their partial because they need a delivery on time
on the way we hit with bad weather and delivery only late for one day
they hold our money for being late for one day
they charge for full load and trying to pay us for partial
later we found they charge customer for dedicated load that is why they pushing us for delivery
we are still waiting to get paid it over 6 months now
they stop answering our calls and emails
I ADVISE EACH AND EVERYONE STOP HAULING LOAD FOR THEM

Hello Dalvir,
Something is telling me there is more to the story here. We do many loads for Echo Global and we've never ran into this problem; knock on wood. I understand all situations are different, especially LTL/partial shipments but what was the pickup date- expected delivery versus the actual delivery date? How many skids and what state was it going to or coming from?

Agreed.

Echo Global is one of the largest 3pl's on the planet with billions of dollars in revenue year after year. They have hundeds, if not thousands of employees and broker out hundreds of thousands of shipments year by year.

While I have personally dealt with some very rude people at their offices, I have never had an issue collecting payment from them in the 5 years I've been working in this industry. Feels like there might be more to what you're saying.

You can add more insight into this matter like explaining the lane, time of year you made this trip, etc.

Hello Team,

I completely understand your curiosity and will explain you the full matter:

They posted a full load and once i called them they said its only 8 feet and they got so many calls so they will only pay partial. I asked them regarding the rate and they were paying decent for a partial load. They were advised we don't have another load yet and they told we can find one. After looking for couple of hours we advised of no partial being available and they said pars is under our name, they cant change it at all. We picked up really late that evening as they said can you please load.

Next morning we started looking and still no other partial were posted so they were advised and asked what would they like, it was told to us that please look for other partials. I said okay and i moved my driver by adding with in 500 miles radius. Nothing was being posted as it was kind of the early stages of corona in USA.

Next day he texts me on my cell and I have all this conversation recorded in messages, he said can you tell me when you will deliver. He was advised that we just doing his partial 2200 miles for 2k and delivery also in a job site with dirt road, moreover he was advised that one highway is closed due to bad weather and pictures were sent and he said its fine deliver whenever you can. I asked him to send me everything in email and they replied with "our system is down due to corona he cant send email but he assures we will get paid"

Delivery was made one day late and we have clear BOL signed by receiver, material received in a good condition. After all this hassle we haven't got paid been 8 months now.

In short 2k for a load with 4 day transit on 2200 miles and also going to a job site doesn't work. At this time where some of us are even scared to go to the office, our drivers go to different provinces. So we need to avoid these brokers who doesn't even understand the struggle of these hardworking drivers and will charge their customer for a dedicated load but not even pay for a partial to the company.

STOP HAULING WITH THESE BROKERS WHO DON'T RESPECT DRIVERS !

Thanks.

So you took a partial, didn't find another piece - you sent the truck anyway and then delivered late? All with no updated carrier confirmations? Something doesn't jive. You should have been paid though, no question.

well he was pissed being late for delivery due to weather
i am 100% sure they charge customer for for full exclusive use
but they pay us only For LTL and expected from us to make a delivery faster

@Dalvir, if I am reading your last response correctly; not getting confused with your 1st posted thread you did get paid, not just the TL rate you verbal agreed too?
