Anyone having trouble receiving payments from Coyote lately? We keep getting asked to update bank info, and we haven't even changed the banks. This problem started couple of months ago, and before that payments were coming in every week.

We've haven't received any payments from April 14 of this year. Which is why I wanted to see if it's a trend or just something to do with our account as they say?
 
So far, we haven't noticed any difference. Payments are still regular and around the 30 day mark.

They are owned by UPS...so the terms and payment options should be apart of UPS... still I'm surprised you are having issues with them. They also implemented a net 15 days payment like all major brokerage.
 
It definitely has slow down. We used to get payments, without any calls, Under 28 days but now has gone to 40 days and we do have to call now. We call the person we deal and usually payment arrives after week or so.

Did 3 loads for them since last year.

2 were paid in 30 days, the last was paid in 90.
