Krossline Trucking

Stay far away they are full of crap I have one Invoice with them aging at 82 Days
I had to argue with the person I booked the shipment with as their accounts payable was not answering

I Literally told them either you pay or I have to call your customer
Now they emailed me that the cheque is in the mail so will see how it goes

Overall very bad experience
 
I can't get anyone to answer the phone at all and the emails have been kicked back.
I'm sure he is in the wind....welcome to January
 
Start calling their customer then if you want to get Paid
My Invoice is very Small $350 so I shouldn't be worried about it too much......
 
Wow i have used Krossline for about 7 years as a carrier and they never had issues. It was family run and when Sam (dad) retire it was sold to another company. I think that was last summer . Below is the new president's name and info. He used to own or manage Approved Freight Management. Such a shame , Krossline was always one of my favorite carriers,

We are having challenges getting paid from this company. We were promised from Michael that he would take care of it but we haven't heard from him since and we cannot get a hold of him. If anyone has any more information where I can find Mike please let me know. Invoice is over 75 days.

BY THE WAY KEVIN WHO WAS SAM ( THE ORIGINAL OWNER) HAS LEFT KROSSLINE , WAS NOT HAPPY THERE WITHTHE NEW OWNER AND HOW THINGS WERE BEING RUN.

We received payment for one invoice about 2 weeks ago...aged 100 days.

Trying to collect on an invoice from March - you cant reach anyone, not even the factoring company.
Unbelievably frustrating for $1300!
