Ok I said, it. I'm surprised there has been no discussions on this but at the same time, I am sure we are all tired of it being the only thing we are hearing about lately. I had a customer just call me who said that he heard that the USA/Canada border may be shut down. I asked him if his source was Chicken Noodle News but he said no, he had his sources. I haven't heard a thing about this. Anyone else?

I haven't heard that either, but given recent developments its certainly within the realm of possibility. This has already claimed more lives than SARS has, and its still early. Who knows where this will go. I'm stocked up on essentials.. lots of canned food in my basement in case we go into isloation mode. On the bright side.. no visits from family and friends.. nice and quiet around here... just the way I like it.

Speaking of stocking up... Why would people buy excessive amounts of a toilet paper?
This virus doesn't make you go to a toilet more often then usual, eh...
It's ridiculous...

Yea I don't understand that... of all things..
Never been to Costco before and seen the toilet paper skids empty ..

Well, this is my situation. We are booked to fly to London on the April 7th and watch a football game on the 12th. The way things are going most of the game are/will be closed doors. This has been on my bucket list. NOT LOOKING GOOD at all. Will have to wait and see.

e3 is cancelled along with most sporting events taking place without the fans.
ive heard more then 100 plus major unis are shut down in the states as well.

I think the TP thing is people are worried if they get quarantined and can't go out, they are buying up such essentials.

Because one of the 24/7 news channels quoted a prepper saying that toilet paper would be like gold in an apocalypse ... now everyone is a wannabe prepper and buying all the toilet paper that can find ... LOL

As for the border closing, I heard it today that the prime minister (village idiot if you prefer) is considering closing the border with the U.S. ... if that happens we'll be out of food in a week.

As for stocking up ... i just went out and bought a case of 9 mil ... LOL

Instead of stocking up toilet papers we should be stocking up Con***s. don't ask me the reason why..........

Village idiot is now is self quarantine. Probably going to have to fire up the jet on go someplace safe until this all blows over as we all know the jackass is never around and just f&&&s everything up when he is.

Hey, come on now Rob ... let's all just have a nice big group hug and everything will be just fine.

Pretty sure I read somewhere that the chimp in charge had never held a steady job until he got to be Prime Minister. He was a high school drama teacher, but apparently that was just as a supply teaching position.

I'll bet you can all tell I'm card-carrying Liberal can't you ... NOT ... LOL

A partial closing of the border would make sense.. maybe allow only trucks through. Trump has restricted direct air travel to the United States from most of Europe.. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that one can still fly to Canada and then enter the US from here.. sooner or later the brains in Washington are going to figure that out..
