Boreas sounds familiar...can't remember good or bad though. Usually only the bad ones stick out though.

Not here to trash other carriers but I would thread very lightly with these guys. If it's a huge account I would look elsewhere. If you can live with 3 day service to NJ/PA/NY then I would probably throw them a bone. Otherwise, there are plentiful of better carriers servicing these areas than them.

Hello Melanie, unfortunately you may not get in touch with anyone until after 11am. Its one of the reasons why I stopped doing business with them. Dmitri was my main contact there, 905-707-3636 (probably the same # you have too). Last time I talked with him, he was driving local in the morning and dispatching in the afternoon/evening.
