alternatives to Carrier 411

Wondering if anyone has an alternative to Carrier 411 ?

We use Carrier 411 currently... but their customer service is horrible.

Thanks Mellaw. This is true. I do like the freightguard reports. and the little extras that carrier 411 provides do add value for me. However we've had some issues getting logged in from time to time. Our IT has attempted to contact their IT and we can't get past their CSR - who is pretty much useless.
