Stay away from these guys they have no clue what they are doing. Gave us a load with household goods mixed in it and told us to just have the driver clear it at the border. Well if you know anything about hauling HHG you know it does not work that way. Came into Canada in bond then a royal screw up. Then we find out its been double brokered. We tried to educate them but they chose to insult our operations team saying we have no common sense. Could not get any carrier references and they had no clue what they were doing so we put them on COD. Then they short paid our invoice 7% stating we asked for Quick Pay. These guys are more grief than its worth. They got paid because they factor all their invoices.

It would appear that these guys book your freight bring it back to there docks give it to another carrier and then dont pay them

They double broker, then don't pay them, we get the calls from the other carrier or they lie continuously, its taking us 2 weeks now and counting to get a crate out of California.

Gave these guys a crate that needed to deliver tomorrow LATEST.
Made that clear before booking with them and there was plenty of time to have it done.
First they pick up the crate (booked as 5 ft of trailer), waited 2 days to phone and say it was 12ft instead.
I said that was impossible and they said the crate is 12 ft long so they wanted me to pay for 12 ft of trailer.
I had the actual dims sent over and it was 12' x 4' making it 6 ft of trailer but they kept claiming they book this as 12' of trailer because there is 53' available in a trailer (I guess they only load 1 side?). Finally worked something out and now day before the final delivery date they claim they did not commit to tomorrow delivery as the latest and it will not be there until Wednesday. Pieces of garbage these people are. I get things happen but they are just outright lying.

On the DNU list for sure

I'm surprised that you used them after all comments and previously posted.

Guess what didn’t deliver to me yesterday. They told me on Monday truck was in MI at the end of the day then Tuesday mid day the truck was somehow in Ohio out of hours but would make it for 10pm. They are lying sacks of garbage. I’m liking the idea of these phantom loads though
